Emmi says, "Hi!" by Keri Johnson Clark

She is mischievous. She is cute. She just keeps saying "Hi"!
Emmi is a one year old who will melt the hearts of fans
everywhere. Join her as she woos the people around her with
her love of the word "Hi" and her mischievous, but charming
ways.
I was born on August 12, 1975.  I grew up in Brockton,
Massachusetts with two wonderful parents and a great
brother.  Throughout my younger years, I danced and
participated in competitions and eventually Community
Theater.

I attended Northeastern University where I received my
Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language Interpreting.
In 2003, I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from
Salem State College and recently I obtained a CAGS degree
in School Administration from American International
College.

I currently work as an adjustment counselor in the Brockton
Public School System, in addition to working part time as an
outpatient therapist and a sign language interpreter.  I have
a passion for working with people, especially children and
adolescents.  I strive to encourage and support individuals
to live healthy and happy lives.

I currently reside in Massachusetts with my wonderful
husband, Jason and two beautiful children, Ethan and
Emmi.  Ethan and Emmi were my inspirations to writing my
first children’s book and I’m excited about this new venture!
