A Hole in the Wall by Carla Foley
Barrett the Parrot, Jarrett the Ferret and Barney the Mouse learn to
live together and eventually become close friends.  When they
suddenly learn they are about to be separated, they find a unique
way to stay together.
For 25-years, Carla Foley worked in display advertising sales,
eventually publishing her own community telephone books.  In
addition to writing, Carla is an avid antiques and collectibles
enthusiast. Being a lifetime dog lover, she bred and raised many
German Shorthaired Pointers, including 10 show champions and
1 field champion.  Now a grandmother, Carla's love of children
and animals defines her finest moments

As an avocation, Carla has written innumerable short stories.
Responding to encouragement from family and friends, she
focused on writing children's stories. While "Hole in the Wall" is
her first published writing, she expects to continue the story. As
Carla says, "I derive pleasure from writing: first, I challenge my
imagination, then, if fortunate enough, I get to share it with others.
