Paperback books come in the following sizes:
Small Paperbacks (48 plus pages)

(48-104 pages) $3.52 per unit (108 + pages) $1.90 per unit + 0.015 per page.
Example: A 140 page book would cost $1.90 + $2.10(140 x .015) for a total of $4.00
Large Paperbacks (48 plus pages)
7" x 10"
8.25" x 11"
(48-104 pages) $4.46 per unit (108 + pages) $2.30 per unit + 0.020 per page.
Example: A 140 page book would cost $2.30 + $2.80(140 x .020) for a total of $5.10
Books are produced in perfect bound. Interior pages are printed on 50# uncoated
white stock paper which meets ANSI and library standards for archival quality.
Covers are printed on 80# cover stock, 238 PPI and laminated. All books have the
bar code printed on the back cover.
Hard Cover books come in the following sizes:
Small Hard Cover (108 - 740 pages)
6.14" x 9.21"
$7.00 + 0.015 per page.
Example: A 140 page book would cost $7.00 + $2.10(140 x .015) for a total of $9.10
Large Hard Cover (108 - 828 pages)
7" x 10"
$7.00 + 0.020 per page.
Example: A 140 page book would cost $7.00 + $2.80(140 x .015) for a total of $9.80
